Request account deletion

Contact Abot support
Email solutionsmystech@gmail.com with the subject Abot account deletion. Include your account email, display name, and public Abot ID if available. You do not need to reinstall the app to request deletion. If you have lost access or cannot find your ID, explain this in your email so support can help verify ownership.
From the app
Open Settings → Request account deletion. Generate a private request code and include it in your support email. This code proves access to the signed-in account. Keep it private and share it only with Abot support. Generating a code or opening the email composer does not send an email or complete deletion.
Ownership and timing
We verify account control before deleting data. Name, account email, and public Abot ID alone are not sufficient proof. Locked-out requests require manual review; never send your password. We complete verified requests within 30 days after ownership is confirmed.
What is removed
Deletion removes your Auth account, profile, private request codes, associated agreements, repayments, receipt files, disputes, activity, sharing permissions, device tokens, and reminders. Shared agreements involving you are removed from the other participant's view too. Export needed records first. No active agreement or outstanding balance prevents submitting a request. Deletion does not cancel a debt or other real-world obligation.
Backups and support correspondence
Service backups and security logs expire under provider retention schedules and are not used to restore a deleted account to active service. Necessary legal retention, if applicable, will be explained with its reason and duration. Support correspondence is held only as needed to resolve the request and any required legal record; you can ask support to remove the correspondence too.
